What Snagging Inspection is right for you? 

Pre Completion Inspection: A PCI follows a specific checklist which was designed by the NHQB to provide home owners who are yet to move in with a snagging list specifying areas where the property has not met its standards. 

Post Completion Surveys: This is a more in depth inspection which is not restricted to the NHQB checklist. This survey will raise issues including tolerances and standards according to NHBC and building regulations. 

Re-inspection Surveys: This inspection can be carried out once the defects have been rectified by the house builder. We will look to make sure that the issues have been completed to the highest standard to ensure there are no recurring problems in the future. We can also raise any new issues which may arise such as cracks from the settlement of the property.
